What’s up good people!
Today I was inspired to get back focused on my health and fitness journey. I lost a lot of weight last year but sometimes I tend to fall back on my daily exercise routine. I love doing these fitness journals to keep myself accountable to others who may be trying to stay healthy and in shape as well.
So today I’m back at it in the gym and decided to take you with me as I share some reasons I was inspired again this week. Really I just having some real talk y’all!
